Suncorp, Le Tour de Design

Studio Two designed and delivered an internal campaign for Suncorp Business Banking – built to encourage better customer service through tailoring solutions to each customer individually. Duties included brand development, multiplatform and digital design, photographic manipulation and print management.

Steven worked with the Suncorp Business banking sector in Queensland to develop an internal campaign amongst staff – driving them to ‘better tailor business banking solutions to their customers’. The campaign incorporated Cadel Evans into a photographic and digital campaign, distributed through a competition style engagement. Participating business bankers were divided into teams and battled for the glory of a ‘yellow jersey’.

Steven and his team worked with Cadel Evans and some great photography to deliver an internal competition encouraging staff to out-do other departments in customer service. Service was measured and the winning department was awarded prizes and a coveted ‘yellow jersey’. All communication, promotions and messaging contained the key brand ‘le Tour de Design’. By being part of this internal competition, staff where ultimately servicing their clients in a more design oriented scenario – tailoring their banking to their needs.
